Downtown Chicago New Cosntruction Home Sales Jump in 2nd Quarter 2009!

Good news for the downtown Chicago new construction real estate market – sales jumped to 313 units in the 2nd quarter 2009 up from just 55 sales in the 1st quarter 2009.
Sales are still down 35% from 2nd quarter 2008, but it is a move in the right direction!
